Mission

  1. Participatory Governance and Planning
    To strengthen Gram Sabhas and people’s participation mechanisms, ensuring transparent, accountable, and democratic governance.
  2. Infrastructure Development
    To provide essential infrastructure and basic amenities such as drinking water, sanitation, roads, electricity, housing, and digital services to all households.
  3. Social Welfare and Security
    To ensure welfare pensions, healthcare, educational support, and protection for women, children, senior citizens, and marginalized communities.
  4. Economic Self-Reliance and Employment Generation
    To promote agriculture, animal husbandry, small-scale industries, Kudumbashree initiatives, and youth entrepreneurship for creating local employment opportunities.
  5. Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development
    To implement water conservation, waste management, afforestation, and biodiversity protection initiatives for building an eco-friendly and climate-resilient Panchayat.
  6. Technology and Service Delivery
    To encourage e-governance systems and ensure fast, efficient, and citizen-friendly public services.
